Welcome to “The Oasis”, a newly decorated luxury 5 bedroom 4 1/2 bath townhouse located in the renowned resort of Windsor at Westside, one of the most popular resort communities in the area. It is an upscale, gated resort with a 10,000 sq ft clubhouse, lake with pier, hot tub, and pool. The community pool includes a waterslide, lazy river, and kid’s splash playground.
The Tu Casa Tiki bar & fireplace lounge serves food for poolside dining. There is also a fitness center, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and video arcade. Complimentary access to the resort amenities is included to all of our guests. Take a short stroll from the townhouse to the resort so that you and your family can enjoy this stunning resort!
This home features three master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and two themed bunk bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The bedrooms, living room, loft, and outside area all have flat-screen smart TV’s with Roku remotes. There is Wi-Fi and cable (Spectrum) available for guest(s). The main level of the home has an open layout with a gourmet kitchen with island, dining space, and lounge, while the upper “Avengers” loft is the perfect space for the kids to have fun!
The bedrooms’ design is Disney and Universal Studios-inspired with themed bunk rooms (Star Wars and Frozen), Loft (Avengers), and Living Room (Spider-Man). You will be enchanted by the remote-controlled LED effects around the Star Wars and Avengers murals, which create fun night lights for the kids.
The style of this home is modern and spacious, yet warm and cozy for a family. It’s kid friendly with tamper-resistant outlets and comes with the essential items (i.e., pack and play (baby blanket and crib sheets), highchair, umbrella stroller, double
stroller, sippy cups, baby spoons, and plastic cups/ plates). The kitchen is well-equipped, so you have the option to entertain your family and friends while on vacation.
Another amazing feature the home has to offer is the screened outdoor patio living space and pool. Enjoy the private pool with optional heat, or kick back and watch tv under the lanai. You can even watch the tv poolside! Let the kids splash in the pool while you get cozy and read a book in the hanging egg chair.
