About this home:

Nearly 4,000 square feet of indoor living space. Largest floorplan in the community with 8 bedrooms, 5 full bathrooms, fully equipped kitchen with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops, 2 large gathering areas (one upstairs, one downstairs), separate theater room and separate game room.

There are 2 master bedrooms downstairs with King beds in each room. There are 6 bedrooms upstairs: 2 rooms have King beds, 1 room has a full bed, 2 rooms have 2 twin beds in each room, and the final room has a bunk bed (full bed on bottom with twin on top). All beds have memory foam mattress toppers for comfort. Sleeps 16-17. (The upstairs couch also has a hideaway bed to accommodate 2 additional younger guests if desired.)

– All bedrooms with King beds have private, large screen flat TVs. All TVs in house are smart TVs allowing you to log into Netflix or other media apps.

– Game room includes foosball, air hockey, pool table, and playstation.

– Kitchen is equipped with dishwasher, stove and oven, pots and pans, teapot, microwave, coffee maker, toaster, and dishes and utensils.

– Free wifi and cable TV throughout the home.

– Washer and dryer upstairs.

– 1,000 square feet of outdoor living space. Enclosed private swimming pool with BBQ, outdoor dining table, lounge chairs, conversation set, ping pong table and hot tub/jacuzzi. – Pool faces west and south giving increased sun exposure in the afternoons. No house on south side for increased privacy.

– 16,000 square foot resort style Clubhouse is within 5 minutes walking distance from the home. Access to all Clubhouse amenities are included with your stay.

– Our goal is to give our guests a great experience. Unlike most other rental homes in the area, we do not charge extra fees for the following items:

– Use of the BBQ (a propane tank is provided)

– Pool heating

– Bathroom supplies (each bathroom is stocked with a roll of toilet tissue, bath towels, a hair dryer, and shower dispensers with shampoo/conditioner/body wash)

– Crib and stroller (available upon request)
