The space
This home features three KING master bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms, and two themed bedrooms with a shared bathroom. The bedrooms, living room, loft, and outside area all have flat-screen smart TV’s with Roku remotes. There is Wi-Fi and cable (Spectrum) available for guest(s). The main level of the home has an open layout with a gourmet kitchen with island, dining space, and “Minions” lounge, while the upper “Avatar” loft is the perfect space for the kids to have fun!
The style of this home is modern and spacious, yet warm and cozy for a family. The kitchen is well-equipped, so you have the option to entertain your family and friends while on vacation. The featured bedrooms’ design is Disney and Universal Studios-inspired. The Star Wars themed bedroom has two Twin beds with underbed LED lights. The Encanto themed bedroom has a Loft Bed and Twin Bed.
Another amazing feature the home has to offer is the screened outdoor patio living space and pool. Enjoy the private pool (heating is seasonal), or kick back and watch tv under the lanai. You can even watch the tv poolside! The house is located within a short walking distance to the clubhouse.
